The cut-offs in the UAE's time
Our New Jersey cut-off, 2 p.m. Eastern, is 10 p.m. +04 where you are — late in your day, so an order over breakfast is comfortably in time; Los Angeles closes later still. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-off at the warehouse that serves their address, and the transit time from it, decide the earliest date the checker will offer.

Flowers leave our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles go out the same business day. Same-day hand delivery runs only where the checker answers local — in parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. The charge depends on the recipient's ZIP: for most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge, in some western areas (Arizona and Washington State among them) it lists only a paid courier rate, and a same-day charge shows at checkout.

There is no currency menu: the charge is in US dollars and your bank converts it to UAE dirhams.
Your card or wallet
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A card issued in the UAE works when its billing address is entered as the bank has it.
No customs, no duty
The flowers are prepared and delivered inside the United States, so the recipient pays nothing at the door and nothing is held at a border.
On your bill
The charge appears in UAE dirhams after conversion; any foreign-transaction fee is your bank's, not the store's.
Writing the card and the address
The store runs in English; Arabic and English are spoken in the UAE. A card message is typed at checkout, but Arabic has not been tested on that path, so Latin letters are the safe choice.

Before you order from the UAE
Can I pay with a card issued in the UAE?
Yes. The checkout shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay; a card issued abroad works when the billing address is entered exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format. PayPal is not offered.
Is there anything to pay on top of the price?
The price in US dollars, the delivery charge for the recipient's ZIP and that state's sales tax, all shown at checkout. There is no flat rate: for most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge, in some western areas it lists only a paid courier rate, and a same-day charge shows at checkout. Your bank converts the total to UAE dirhams. The recipient pays nothing.
How late can I order?
Order by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles (10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. +04 where you are), and the flowers go out that business day, Monday to Friday; courier transit follows, one to three business days in the checker's answers. Same-day hand delivery is offered only where the checker answers local — parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. For any other ZIP, the checker's date is the earliest available.
Can I order now for next week?
Any later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest day. The date you choose is the recipient's date in the United States, not yours.
Can I write the card in Arabic?
Yes, a card message is typed at checkout. Arabic has not been tested on this store, so a message in Latin letters is the reliable choice.
Is there an age check for wine?
Yes, with flowers from the wine, champagne and spirits collections, subject to the law where it lands; the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Flowers without a bottle need no ID.
