America Blooms provides flower delivery within the United States. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the recipient’s address, product eligibility, local fulfillment availability, and delivery service coverage.
We prepare and coordinate orders based on recipient address, floral product availability, optional extras where offered, delivery requirements, and routing. Available delivery information and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout.
Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Customers requesting an address correction, recipient update, greeting message correction, order change, or cancellation should contact customer service as early as possible.
Once preparation, floral design, fulfillment, or delivery coordination has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Same-day delivery orders may enter preparation and delivery coordination quickly.
America Blooms offers U.S.-wide flower delivery. Same-day delivery is available in Los Angeles, New York City, and parts of New Jersey where offered and where local fulfillment and delivery availability support it.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by America Blooms. Exact delivery timing may vary due to routing, traffic, weather, recipient availability, building access, security procedures, courier availability, local florist capacity, and operational conditions.
Residential deliveries typically occur by end of day. Business, office, institutional, and managed-property deliveries typically occur during standard business hours where possible.
Deliveries do not require a signature unless otherwise stated or required due to delivery location, building requirements, product type, delivery provider requirements, or applicable delivery rules.
Orders may be delivered directly to the recipient or left with a building representative, concierge, reception desk, security desk, front desk, mailroom, loading area, delivery room, or other building-approved receiving point where appropriate.
Once delivery confirmation has been obtained, or the order has been accepted by the recipient, building representative, reception desk, mailroom, concierge, security desk, front desk, or other authorized receiving location, the order may be considered delivered.
Deliveries to offices, institutions, apartments, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, campuses, gated communities, and managed properties may be completed through reception, mailroom, concierge, security, front desk, loading area, delivery room, or another building-approved receiving point.
Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details, including company name, department, suite or unit number, recipient phone number, building instructions, access codes where appropriate, and any other information reasonably needed for delivery.
America Blooms is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by missing building information, restricted access, security procedures, unavailable recipients, or building policies outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time an order is placed.
Delivery availability is reviewed and confirmed through checkout based on the recipient’s address and the delivery options available for the selected product.
Some addresses may require additional review before fulfillment proceeds. If an address requires additional coordination, customer service may contact the purchaser before fulfillment continues.
If delivery cannot be completed to the address provided, the order may be modified, delayed, cancelled, or treated as undeliverable depending on the circumstances.
Orders may be considered undeliverable when delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, recipient unavailability, refused delivery, restricted access, unsafe conditions, business closure, building limitations, or circumstances outside our control.
Flowers are fresh, seasonal, perishable, and time-sensitive. Floral products are prepared with delivery timing, flower condition, and presentation in mind.
Because fresh flowers may be affected by seasonality, local supply, weather, handling, and delivery timing, exact stems, colors, containers, or presentation details may vary from product images.
Because flowers are seasonal, perishable, and subject to availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When substitutions are made, America Blooms or its fulfillment partners aim to maintain the overall design intent, value, size, color harmony, and presentation of the selected floral product.
Due to product availability, delivery timing, and order volume, customers may not always be contacted in advance regarding substitutions.
Optional extras may be available with certain floral products where offered. Availability, appearance, packaging, and presentation of optional extras may vary by location, timing, and product availability.
If an optional extra is unavailable or unsuitable at the time of preparation or delivery, it may be substituted, omitted, refunded, credited, or otherwise addressed at America Blooms’ discretion, subject to the order circumstances and applicable law.
