Warehouse cut-offs in Central time
Every cut-off here is shown in Central time as it stands today, so a Texas sender can see when each warehouse stops taking orders for the day. You pick the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs only decide the earliest date the checker offers. Most of Texas keeps Central time; El Paso and Hudspeth counties keep Mountain time.

When can it arrive?

Flowers leave our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles go out the same business day. Same-day hand delivery runs only where the checker answers local — in parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. The charge depends on the recipient's ZIP: for most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge, in some western areas (Arizona and Washington State among them) it lists only a paid courier rate, and a same-day charge shows at checkout.

From our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the recipient — never from Texas. Couriers take 1–3 business days; same-day hand delivery is only for parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area, where the checker answers local.

Whose sales tax applies?
The recipient's, worked out from the delivery address, not Texas's. Checkout shows it before you pay.
Which address decides delivery?
Theirs. The checker and the checkout both work from the recipient's ZIP; yours only goes on the billing form.
Is a future date possible?
Yes. Choose a later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest one. Before a holiday, order early — closed days are skipped.
Is the price on the delivery?
No. The card carries your message and your name as you write them; your address, card and the price stay off the delivery.
