You pick the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs only decide the earliest date the checker offers. Most of Kansas keeps Central time; four western counties keep Mountain time.

When can it arrive?
Enter the recipient's ZIP code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses.
Flowers leave our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles go out the same business day. Same-day hand delivery runs only where the checker answers local — in parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. The charge depends on the recipient's ZIP: for most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge, in some western areas (Arizona and Washington State among them) it lists only a paid courier rate, and a same-day charge shows at checkout.

Wine, champagne and spirits are delivered to a recipient 21+ who can show photo ID.
Substitutions
Where a flower or vase is out on the day, the florist uses a substitute of similar look, colour direction and value.
