Flowers leave our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles go out the same business day. Same-day hand delivery runs only where the checker answers local — in parts of New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area — when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. The charge depends on the recipient's ZIP: for most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge, in some western areas (Arizona and Washington State among them) it lists only a paid courier rate, and a same-day charge shows at checkout.

Is delivery free?
It depends on their ZIP. For most addresses the checker lists ground delivery at no charge; some western ZIPs, Arizona and Washington State among them, show only a paid courier rate. Checkout shows the amount before you pay.
Is a future date possible?
Yes. Choose a later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest one. Before a holiday, order early — closed days are skipped.
